Had a great breakfast there great food great service. even though iirt was very busy love that diner 5 star rating

Revisited this old favorite breakfast spot after moving out of NY over five years ago. Triangle Diner is just one of those small town staple community breakfast spots. The Southern Fried Chicken Benny has always been my favorite local breakfast. The chipotle hollandaise sauce is absolute fire!!! If you like Benedict breakfasts, this is a MUST HAVE. We ordered a single pancake for our daughter and they brought it out looking like Rudolph which she adored. The quality and service here are top notch. After five years this place is everything that I remember. Amazing staff, fast and attentive service, and delicious food. If you're in Saratoga or even in the surrounding area you have to have breakfast at Triangle Diner!

Food is awesome, staff is friendly and attentive, this place is usually clean & organized. However, the wait times can sometimes be excessive. Overall, very worthwhile - have gone here for many years. Recommended.

So, three days after I left the 5-star review below, I went back. First time, I had the Irish Benny at my server, "Star's" recommendation. This time, I had to try one of the daily omelet specials. I asked Star if it was available. Although no longer that day's special, she asked if they could make it. The kitchen did, and it was an amalgam of deliciousness! Plus, they substituted a warm chocolate chip muffin for the slice of apple pie (slight upcharge). Talking w Star (in between bites), I learned that the daily special omelet changes daily (duh, as I point to my forehead and say, "part's on order"). One of her faves is sausage, walnuts, goat cheese, and spinach. Star also mentioned they do amazing things w Brussels sprouts and beets in an omelet. No pics this time. What a wonderful place. Had chorizo hash & eggs which was amazing and everyone else ordered strawberry waffles and the fried apple French toast. All of it was great. The food service fast, friendly and excellent. The place is a lot larger than expected.

Love it here. Small space with so much to offer. Food is always so good, comes out quickly, and nicely priced. The breakfast club is next level.

Dive of a local restaurant serving up deliciousness! Best known for their Eggs Benedict dishes (according to a server), the BIGGEST pancake I've ever seen. Regretting I didn't order one. Two of us ordered eggs Benedict dishes that were great. Homemade corn beef hash was a treat, as was the grilled zucchini bread. Our waitress made a mistake on our order, but quickly and graciously corrected it for the one in our party who had ordered a sweet and savory item versus a savory omelette.
